Welcome! I'm Lisa Levitt Gainsley, Certified Lymphedema Therapist, Manual Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner, and Author of THE BOOK OF LYMPH. I designed this book for you based on my 25-year clinical practice working with thousands of people's lymphatic systems to support you on your journey to harness the power of Lymph for optimal health.
